What went well.
What didn't. Together.
A freeform canvas for sticky notes, not a locked-in template. Drag your own sections into place, vote on what matters, and walk away with actions — no account, nothing saved anywhere but your own browser.
Carry over action items from a previous retro
The board is just sections — call them whatever your team calls them.

The Sailboat
Four steps, zero setup meetings.
Create the board
Two default sections to start — rename them, resize them, or draw your own.
Everyone adds notes
Drop a sticky anywhere on the canvas. Color-codes itself by whichever section it lands in.
Vote on what matters
Three votes each. The facilitator can time-box it and close voting when it's time to move on.
Leave with actions
Export the board as JSON — carry unfinished action items straight into next sprint's retro.
The board lives in your browsers — nowhere else.
Notes travel over WebRTC, straight between browsers. Our infrastructure only helps everyone find each other — it never sees a sticky.
No database of past retros. If everyone closes the tab, the board is gone — export first if you want to keep it.
Importing a past export doesn't just show it to you — open action items carry forward into the new board automatically.
Any sticky can go up with no name attached — for the feedback that's more honest when nobody's watching who wrote it.

Nothing here touches a live session — this just reads a file already on your computer.
